The 62-year-old Loose Women presenter took to the catwalk at VIN + OMI’s Kaos show at The Other House on Wednesday, embracing a dramatic transformation. Ditching her signature short bob, Jane sported an extravagant, messy up-do while dazzling in a metallic electric blue dress, complemented by bright yellow rubber gloves.
Her edgy makeover was further enhanced with bold makeup—thick, defined lower lashes and sequined bright pink lips—giving her a high-fashion, avant-garde aesthetic. She confidently strutted down the runway in heels, later seen enjoying a well-earned drink, having removed the gloves.
A Star-Studded Event
Joining Jane at the event was Great British Bake Off judge Dame Prue Leith, who looked stunning in a pink gown adorned with black patterns. The night celebrated sustainable fashion, with Vin + Omi—renowned for their eco-conscious designs—showcasing innovative outfits crafted from recycled materials.
Jane later took to Instagram to share her excitement about the experience, writing:
“Deeply flattered to be asked to model for sustainable fashion designers Vin + Omi @vinandomi at their ‘Kaos’ runway show at The Other House last night – what an experience! Loved every second of it. Among the professional young catwalk models, Prue Leith and I strutted our stuff for women ‘of a certain age’ and showed you’re never too old to love fashion in all its forms.”
She went on to highlight the brand’s commitment to sustainability, revealing that her striking blue dress was made from recycled cans collected from Birmingham parks by the homeless.
“Some of the outfits were made from recycled products from the Sandringham estate… Check out their website and account to see the history of the amazing sustainability work they do here and globally. It was a pleasure to be a part of this, and I got to keep the eye-catching dress—so you’ll be seeing me recycling it at plenty of forthcoming events!”

“I didn’t get hungry at all the entire 15 days I was in there. The rice and beans get very boring and are completely tasteless, but I never got hungry, which was quite a revelation.”
She shared that she had lost nearly a stone during the experience, dropping from 10st 3lb to 9st 7lb.
Jane also recounted a particularly shocking jungle moment—finding a leech inside her bra, leaving it covered in blood. She later joked in The Sun,
“Finding a leech in my bra wasn’t on my bucket list, but thanks to I’m A Celebrity, I can now tick it off.”
